If your company has multiple offices (for example, Sherbrooke and Granby) and you’d like to send different surveys for each, you can easily customize your sequences and questionnaires to match each location.
Step 1 – Create Two Separate Sequences
Go to the Sequences menu and create a separate sequence for each location.
Examples:
Sequence – Sherbrooke
Sequence – Granby
Step 2 – Create Distinct Questionnaires
Click on your name in the top right corner, then select Questionnaires.
From an existing questionnaire, click Duplicate to create a copy.
Rename each questionnaire according to its location:
Questionnaire – Sherbrooke
Questionnaire – Granby
Step 3 – Assign the Correct Questionnaires to Each Sequence
Within each sequence, under Step 1 – Questionnaire, select the questionnaire that corresponds to the right location.
This ensures that each location uses its own sequence and questionnaire, allowing your surveys to reflect the unique characteristics and needs of each branch or team.
