Why don’t I see any Google reviews?

If you’re in the Results > Online Reviews section and don’t see any Google reviews, even though your business has some, it likely means that your Google Business page is not connected to InputKit.

To fix this:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Online Reviews.

  3. Scroll down to the section Configure your online reviews.

  4. Link your location to the correct Google page.

If your Google page doesn’t appear:

  1. Go to your Google Business Profile settings.

  2. Click on People and access.

  3. Make sure InputKit has access to the page using this email address:
    [email protected]

Once the page is properly linked, your Google reviews will automatically appear in the Online Reviews section of InputKit.
