You can easily schedule a sequence to be sent at a future date and time directly from your InputKit dashboard.
Go to the “Sendings” menu
In the left-hand menu, click on Sendings, then select “Send multiple”.Choose your sending method
You have two options:Upload a file containing your client information (e.g., an Excel file).
Manually enter email addresses for the clients you want to send the sequence to.
Select the sequence to send
Choose the desired sequence from your existing ones (for example: Satisfaction survey, Post-appointment follow-up, etc.).Schedule the sending
In the final step, select “Schedule sending” and set the desired date and time, leaving at least a 15-minute delay after the current time.
Example: if it’s 9:30 AM, schedule the send time for 9:45 AM or later.
This ensures the system has enough time to prepare the sequence and guarantees smooth delivery.
