If your employees do not appear on the platform or in reports, you can verify their status directly in your Employees tab.
Click on your name at the top right corner of the screen.
Select Employees from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Deactivated employees section and check if the missing employee is listed there.
To reactivate them, click the pencil icon next to the employee’s name.
In the window that opens, check the box labeled Active.
Click Save.
Dentitek automatically pushes all employee data to InputKit, but sometimes a user may appear as deactivated.
Once reactivated, the employee will be visible again in reports and will start receiving customer feedback as usual.
