When your customers leave a review on Google, you may notice that it doesn’t show up in InputKit immediately.
Why does this delay happen?
The delay occurs because InputKit retrieves the reviews directly from Google. This process isn’t instantaneous:
Google’s data transmission: Google needs some time to process and make the reviews available to third-party systems like InputKit.
InputKit synchronization: Once Google releases the review, InputKit imports it into your reports.
How long does it take?
In some cases, the review may appear in less than an hour.
In other cases, it can take a few days.
This variation is normal and depends on Google’s internal processing.
