How to send a test survey?

It can be useful to send a test survey to yourself or a colleague to see how it works or to demonstrate the tool, without affecting your official results.

Steps to send a test survey:

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Sendings.

  2. Click on Send a sequence.

  3. Fill in the required information:

    • Phone number or email address

    • First and last name

    • Sequence to send

  4. Click on Send to proceed with the test survey.

Important to know:

  • Deleting test responses:
    If you respond to the survey yourself and don’t want it to affect your results, you can delete the send afterward. To do this, a user with administrator access can go to Sendings, select the test send, and delete it.

  • Interval between two sends:
    If you send a test survey to a real client, note that the interval configured between two sends for this sequence will not be respected. This may result in a survey being sent earlier than expected.
