Why is the Wrong Office Name Displayed Under Clients/Patients in Sendings?

When reviewing the Sends section in InputKit, you may sometimes notice an incorrect office name displayed under a client or patient’s name.

Why does this happen?

The reason is simple: the office name was either misspelled or misconfigured in the system.

  • Each send is tied to a specific office.

  • If the office name is not entered correctly, InputKit will display that incorrect name in your Sends.

  • As a result, you may see a name you don’t recognize appear under the client’s name.

How to fix this issue?

  1. Check your Office (Location) settings.

  2. Make sure the office name is spelled correctly and follows your usual naming convention.

  3. Save the change so that future sends display the correct name.

Please note: Sends that have already been created will keep the originally associated name. The correction will only apply to future sends.
