When you create surveys (questionnaires) in the EX module, you may need to restrict access to the results to specific people only. For example, you may want only department managers to be able to view the responses, without granting access to all users.

InputKit allows you to manage this by creating custom user roles.

Create and Customize a User Role

  1. Go to the Users section in your settings.

  2. Click on Add a role.

  3. Assign a name to the role (e.g., HR Manager, Team Leader, etc.).

  4. In the Permissions section, select only the necessary accesses (for example: enable or disable access to the dashboard, departments, or responses).

  5. Click Add to save the role.

Once the role is created, you can assign it to specific users, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the results.

Example of Use

  • You are conducting a punctual survey with a group of employees.

  • You want only HR managers to have access to the results.

  • You create a specific role with the appropriate permissions.

  • You assign this role only to authorized users.

This way, you maintain precise control over who can view and analyze the sensitive data collected through your surveys.
