Exporting the appointment list in Omnimed allows you to generate a detailed report of scheduled or past consultations and export it in your preferred format (Excel, CSV, etc.)
Steps to Follow
1. Access the Appointment Report
Log in to your Omnimed account.
In the Library, search for the report “Appointment Report.”
Select this report to open it.
2. Define the Period and Activities
In the Input Controls window, enter the start date and end date of the desired period.
Check the activities you want to include (e.g., Telemedicine consultation, Nutrition follow-up, etc.).
Click Apply, then OK to generate the list.
3. Export the List
Once the report is generated, click on the Export icon.
Choose the output format that best suits your needs:
Excel (XLSX or paginated)
CSV
DOCX, RTF, ODT, PPTX (depending on your data processing preferences).).
