Surveys Not Being Sent to Clients of an Employee in Medexa

If your surveys are not being sent to certain clients of an employee through InputKit, it may be due to an incorrect integration configuration between Medexa and InputKit.
In particular, this issue occurs if a service linked to that employee in Medexa does not have a WebHook linkconfigured in the integration tab.

Steps to Fix the Issue

  1. Go to the InputKit integration tab in Medexa

  2. Check the services linked to the employee

    • Make sure that each service connected to the employee has an active WebHook link.

  3. Add any missing WebHook links

    • If a service is missing a WebHook, add it.

    • This ensures that the corresponding survey sequences will be sent to the right clients.

Successful survey sending requires a properly configured setup between your services and integrations.
