When your clients receive an InputKit questionnaire, a message appears at the bottom of the email or SMS giving them the option to unsubscribe from future communications.
You can customize this unsubscribe message to better reflect your company’s tone or style of communication.
Steps to Edit the Message
Click on your name in the top-right corner of the platform
Select Settings > Company
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page
You will see a section titled “Customize the unsubscribe message”
Enter your custom message in the designated field (max. 300 characters)
Click “Save”

Don’t want to receive our messages anymore? Click here to unsubscribe.
This message can be adapted based on your tone and needs — for example, to add a warmer or more personalized touch.
