When you want a manager to be responsible for one or more locations (offices) within a company, follow these steps:
1. Create the user and grant access to the appropriate locations
Go to the “Company Users” menu
Create a new user
Assign them the “Administrator” role
Then select the locations (offices) they should have access to
2. Link the manager to location-specific alerts
To ensure the manager receives alerts (e.g., unhappy clients, warnings, etc.) for the selected locations, you'll need to configure each sequence individually.
Select the correct location:
In the Sequences section, click on the “Selected version” dropdown menu
Choose the specific location to configure
Access the sequence settings:
Once the location is selected, click on “Sequence settings”
Then assign the manager to the appropriate items, depending on your needs:
Warnings
Unhappy clients
Automated responses
When selecting a manager under “Automated responses”, their signature (editable in their user settings) will appear at the bottom of the automatic responses sent to online reviews.
