It is not possible to directly delete a question from a questionnaire you want to modify without losing the responses already collected. However, you can work around this by duplicating the questionnaire and replacing the old version with the new one. Here's how:

Steps to follow:

1. Duplicate the questionnaire

  • Go to the Questionnaires tab.

    • Find the questionnaire from which you want to remove a question.

    • Click Duplicate.

    • Give the duplicated questionnaire a new name (e.g., “Questionnaire – version 2”).

2. Edit the duplicated questionnaire

  • Open the duplicated questionnaire.

  • Remove the question(s) you no longer want to include.

  • Save your changes.

3. Replace the questionnaire in your sequences

  • Go to the Sequences tab.

  • Locate the sequence that uses the old questionnaire.

  • Click Edit.

  • In the Questionnaire section, select the new version of the questionnaire.
