1. InputKit and Intercom configuration
To do this, you will need to go to “settings” on your InputKit account.
After the first step, click on the “Integrations” tab.
Then click on the "Intercom" icon and "Connect".
You will now be redirected to the Intercom's login page. Log in with your account informations.
Grant InputKit the necessary permissions to complete the connection. Click 'Allow Access'. You will be automatically redirected to InputKit.
2. Creation of a trigger
For creation of a trigger, we have the event "Conversation closed". This event only considers conversations with a "closed" status and those coming from a client.
