Table of content :

1. InputKit configuration with Slack

To do this, you will need to go to “settings” on your InputKit account.

After the first step, click on the “Integrations” tab.

Then click on the "Slack" icon and "Connect".

You will now be redirected to the Slack's login page. Log in with your account informations.

Grant InputKit the permissions to post messages on channels and conversations. Click "Allow".

Afterwards, you will be redirected back to InputKit and the integration connection will be completed. Make sure the green check mark is there.

2. Creation of a trigger

The purpose of a trigger is that when a customer fills out a survey, the feedback provided by the customer is sent to your company’s Slack channel.

To do so, select the event "Filled questionnaire", choose the sequence names, then the channel, and click "Add".

3. Example of a feedback message

After the connection with InputKit and Slack is done and you created your triggers, this is how you are going to see the feedback messages in a Slack channel when a questionnaire has been filled.
